I see that some people are offended by some of the things I posted
but note this...
criticism are greatly needed so that things can improve in future conferences or whatever other activities
without anyone criticising how do you know where you went wrong?
if I'm not wrong there was a speech where the speaker said that leaders are people who are able to take in criticism to be better... to improve...
don't go saying people don't deserve to be interactors just because they criticize you so that you can do better next time
I'm sure that you will agree on some of the things I wrote but maybe you might deny it because generally you're to pissed to think straight...
saying those things doesn't make you much of an interactor either because interactors are leaders and leaders accept criticism and make the best of it but I'm not gonna dwell on that right now...
I wrote 'kids' because basically those who were in the managing committee were younger than me!
they were doing great things that I don't and there was no offends intended

I know trying to manage 700 people at one go is hard... who said it was easy? nothing is easy in life - period
generally criticism is all about being able to improve...
know your weaknesses and work on it to make it better

you may not the only one not satisfied with my criticism... I can be having issues like yours maybe 2 or 5 or 10 other anonymous people spamming my chat box in protest too you know...
come on and be sporting... look on the bright side... take things in a positive way and life would be much easier to live trust me
I can't stop you from giving your comments so feel free to leave it if you feel like it...
and I can't do anything if you can't accept petty criticism either so that is basically up to you to settle it yourself
